Our operation starts very soon, when can we have the software?
Normally an implementation is started and finished within 2-3 months. This is highly dependant on what kind of features are required though and could be both shorter and longer.
We can also offer a fast track implementation on-site for an additional fee, in that case we will stay with you and focus on getting your solution out the door as quickly as possible - normally 1-2 weeks.
Is documentation support available with your solutions?
Yes, documentation support is included in the setup fee.
Does your solutions work without an internet connection?
As long as we receive SCAP files that can be used on an iOS-device you can stay offline. You will still need connectivity to synchronize new configurations, Airport and Obstacle Databases and upload log-files.
Do you log the calculations, for how long time are they available?
Yes we do, currently we do not have any time-limit and store all logs always. We can easily tweak this to suit your needs in terms of shorter periods if required.
What minimal system requirements do you have on serverside?
We offer a cloud based solution for the backend systems, so regardless of your scale of operation or products you want to use, getting started is easy and secure.
