In QSDS it is possible to collect all the company’s reports in a common tool that handles the entire process – reporting in, distribution to managers, classification / investigation and compilation / assessment.
In an easily managed report list, you can filter out a selection of reports to review, with criteria such as report type, event date, serial number or employees involved. The list is exported with a single click to Excel or PDF for further processing or use as a meeting topic list.
Advanced classification for the assessment of severity
All reports are evaluated after a predetermined template of questions, which then becomes a basis for assessing the severity of the event. The assessment is based on a very flexible point system and it is possible to create several different scenarios depending on from which perspective you want to view an event. The classification also allows for more advanced searches in the report database, and a graphical presentation of the event.
Who does what?
With QSDS it is easy to establish a clearly defined chain ofresponsibility in the organization, for any given event. Employees can be linked to reports through various roles and administrators can follow the history in an event log. As an individual user of the intranet, you have access only to reports that you are somehow involved in. Report administrators, and executives such as Quality Manager and Accountable Manager has access to all reports.

The reporting system is based on a scalable foundation and can easily be adapted and extended according to specific requirements, or to accept new types of reports. One example is the Audit Finding Report that is highly specialized to live up to the Swedish Transportation Board’s requirements.
